Bible Study Guide
1. Read the Command
Read Hebrews 10:24-25 aloud together:
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching."
2. Tell the Story
Share the story of the early church (Acts 2:42-47) in your own words:
The early believers devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer. They shared everything they had, met together daily in the temple courts and in their homes. They praised God and enjoyed the favor of all the people, and the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
3. Read the Story Aloud
Read Acts 2:42-47 together from your Bible.
4. Pray
Take time to pray together, asking God to help you understand and apply this lesson.
